There is nothing worse than a peeling deck pad, which is why NSP uses premium 3M adhesives, as it provides the best possible bond between your board and the thermoformed EVA. Different from conventional EVA, thermoforming gives these repurposed traction pads a more abrasion-resistant layer that will hold up longer. Make sure your board is properly cleaned up before applying the pads, and wait 24 hours before hitting the water to get the best possible bond for years to come. Removal is easiest with a hot air gun and some soapy water.

3-Piece pattern – Arch bar

The 3-piece tail pads are the most versatile patterns that offers variable width, high tail kick, comfortable diamond groove grip and a center arch bar. It’s the easiest to install, offers tons of grip and will work on any board.

Adding an additional front section of traction pads eliminates the use of wax altogether. The arch on your repurposed traction pads helps you find the center line of your board intuitively and increases grip – perfect for foiling applications.
