As the sport grows, our R&D team continues to push the envelope to offer the finest wing foiling gear and experience possible. Inspired by the shape of the ROCKET SURF, it wanted to create the next best board that would be even more maneuverable and reactive while surfing, as well as in freeride and pumping with a wing.

Enter the ROCKET WING-S range. Although of the same compact lengths as their ROCKET WING counterpart, these boards are narrower and with a little less volume. They feature a deep concave cockpit-like deck that lowers your center of gravity and brings you closer to the foil, leading to excellent control of the board in-flight.

Take-offs have never been so smooth thanks to the double concave hull and the beveled rail profile extending to the tail, which facilitates pumping to be up and flying in no time. The slightly domed nose also brings more volume for easy starts. The surf-type nose shape will help you get back up quickly if the board dives in. The compact shape and outline of the board increase its overall maneuverability and performances. Finally, the Full Bamboo construction and Double Bamboo deck create a highly resistant and light shell all-around.

The ROCKET WING-S are perfect for intermediate and experienced riders who want to enjoy surf-like feelings in wing foiling and who seek to continuously push themselves on the water.

The boards are available in nine different sizes to suit everybody’s skill levels, goals, and builds.  We offer numerous sizes to then provide you with an ample choice of volumes: 20L, 24L, 32L, 36L, 42L, 48L, 54L, 70L and 80L. The smaller volumes of the 3’6 and 3’10 are geared towards the young Next Generation of wing foilers.

All boards are equipped with a full pad, inserts for three footstraps, and the Twin-Tracks system for foil compatibility.

FULL BAMBOO CONSTRUCTION

Bamboo fibers are highly resistant and light. The Full Bamboo construction uses natural properties of bamboo veneers placed between layers of glass fibers to create a strong, durable, light shell for the entire board (deck and bottom).

DOUBLE BAMBOO DECK

An extra layer of bamboo (Double Bamboo Deck) is located in the stance area to make the deck even more resistant to local heel pressures and dings. This results in light, strong and responsive boards to enjoy session after session.

TWIN-TRACKS

The twin-tracks system with a lateral spacing of 90mm is one of the standards in the industry.

The system is compatible with all foils featuring a top plate with four fastening bolts. The length of the tracks leaves some room to adjust the position of the foil on the board to help everyone reach their preferred balance.

These ROCKET WING are perfect boards to improve with. Using Full Bamboo construction, these were amongst the first on the market to be created specifically for wing foil. The boards have continuously been enhanced over time. They now feature a more concave deck bringing additional comfort and control. The progressive rocker line is slightly straighter for a better in-flight stability. The sharp beveled rail profile and double concave hull shape will help you be up and flying in no time, and you won’t be unsettled when occasionally hitting the water or during touchdown. The volume distribution has been revised for more floatability, and the outline and shorter length make the board maneuverable and easy to rotate around.

• The 4’4 and 4’8 are highly maneuverable and lightweight, making them great for advanced riders looking for performance and sensations in strong winds. These are also perfectly adapted for freestyle, as well as for small or lighter riders. They come with a full pad, inserts for three footstraps, and the Twin-Tracks system for foil compatibility.
• The 5’0, 5’3, and 5’5 are truly the all-purpose sizes. They are a great fit for riders with an intermediate level, or for wing foil beginners who already have some knowledge and training in other foil disciplines. Their maneuverability and carving potential are fantastic. Pumping is easy even in light conditions, and they grant the riders a lot of room for improvement. They are equipped with a full pad, a bottom handle to easily carry your board to and from the water, inserts for three footstraps, and the Twin-Tracks system for foil compatibility.
• The 5’10, 6’0 and 6’4 will inspire confidence and are ideal for beginners. Their higher volume will lead to easier take-offs, incredible stability, and formidable sensations right from the start. They are also perfectly adapted for heavier riders, or for anybody looking to navigate in low-wind conditions. These come with full pad, a bottom handle to easily carry your board to and from the water, and the Twin-Tracks system for foil compatibility.

Keep in mind that additional factors, such as wind conditions, foil, and Wing-Surfer size will play an important role in the selection of the right board size.

Generally, we recommend erring on the side of a floatier board with a volume that matches rider weight (for example, an 80-kilo/176-pound rider will need at least an 80 L board or larger). Riding a “sinker” will work in locations with steady, strong winds, while floatier boards prove to be a safer choice as they allow the rider to get back to shore even if the wind drops under a foilable limit.
