NSP COCO MAT SUP
Coco mat is the next generation of manufacturing technology. The Fish and Longboard use 30gm/liter Secure Cell fully fused EPS. Raw, unprocessed Coconut Husk (Coco Mat) is then applied between 2 layers of military grade fiberglass and Epoxy resin using a patent pending process created by NSP.
The S.U.P. are constructed with 15gr/liter Secured Cell fused EPS reinforced with Coco Mat. All boards receive a hand sanded fluid finish and are tuned for performance individually during fine and final wet sanding creating a lustrous, lightweight, high performance finish.
Coco Mat is not just an alternative to other timber veneer options, the strength of Coconut Husk when used to create a full sandwich in the patented manufacturinhg process is a genuine construction innovation achieving a 50% strength advandage to other industry standard technologies.
