HD Foam Flex
The introduction of this new construction represents a real change in the F-ONE surf range: the two main products (MITU MONTEIRO pro model & SIGNATURE) no longer have a bamboo construction.
In order to meet the increasingly demanding requirements placed on surfboards by riders, F-ONE has developed a new high-density foam construction with optimized flex, to improve reliability, comfort and maneuverability.
The mechanical characteristics of this construction allow the weight of the board to be reduced while maintaining a true surfing feel.

Deck Stringer Technology
The rise of strapless riding has also brought about changes in the stresses placed on snowboards.
The increased jump height impacts landings, and the forces exerted on the boards have shifted towards the rails. F-One has therefore reinforced some of our constructions with deck stringers to make the boards more robust in these areas.
These stringers have a reduced depth to avoid affecting the board’s flex and feel.

Camel Drive Deck
How many surfers who loved their old board were never able to recapture the same feeling after breaking it?
Mitu asked me one day: Raph, can you test this board and make me the same one because I feel so good on it!
So I’m testing this strapless board and I’m amazed by the control and feel. I take a few runs, focusing on analyzing this phenomenon, and I feel that my front foot is better positioned, my heel is in a recess, and the arch of my foot is on a rounded section! This board, which Mitu has used a lot, has a deck that’s molded to the shape of his foot!
I understand that a new type of pre-formed deck needs to be shaped to recapture that feeling!
With its unique shape, the CAMEL DRIVE DECK offers several advantages: It lowers and stabilizes the surfer’s heel and supports the arch of the foot on its central curve. It provides stability, maneuverability, and an incredible feeling of control in every phase of the ride.

Heel shock absorber
The bridge has been recessed by 5mm over a large area under the heel of the front foot in order to add shock-absorbing EVA foam.
This foam helps to absorb impacts to the maximum for the rider and increases the durability of the board.
